Thank you for choosing Unique Linen as your wholesale supplier for linen clothes and home textiles. This policy explains our refund policy.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged or defective items. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving products. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us for a replacement or refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns of products purchased for wholesale price. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
